Donald Trump lays out what seems to me to be priceless information about his thought pattern and the construction of a building to a Senate Sub-Committe about the $1.5 billion price tag to renovate the UN building in in NYC. BTW, are we (i.e. U.S. taxpayers) paying for this renovation (I hope not)? Trump doesn´t answer that question but does rattle off enough construction terms and numbers to make you realize how much goes into the construction of one building.

I think we are loaning the UN the money for 30 years at 5.5%. Which is kind of curious, since we fund much of the UN’s operating costs. I expect aging Irish rock stars in 20 years or so to be talking UN debt relief…
