  • Selling Photos Online

Written by Brian David Crane on February 26th, 2007

I just came across an interesting idea of selling your photos online at stock photography sites such as Fotolia, Dreamstime, or Shutterstock. I could put some of my travel photography up there and possibly create another revenue stream from “work” I have already done. This idea would also be great for some friends of mine such as Ben or Cousin Andy. For a more in-depth explanation of the idea, check out dphotojournal’s entry here. I will keep you posted if I decide to pursue this.UPDATE: Maybe I should specify that I am talking about generic photos I have taken such as this one or this one.

    1. Dear Brian, Not so sure about this idea… personally I’d be a bit hesitant. However, if you do decide to go for it and happen to sell any photo with me in it then I expect a percentage of the profit! :-) Happy Monday! Julia
