Moving to Barcelona…It wouldn’t be the first time the thought has crossed my mind. I really really like the city, the multitude of languages, Europe, the weather, the layout, the beach location, the fact that I could have another moto, and the energy. When I first visited the city back in 2003, I thought about studying abroad there. Now, as I am leaving the city for the second time, I am thinking about how to move there and live for a while. I went to the U.S. Consulate yesterday in Barcelona and asked about visas and possibly working for the U.S. Dept. of Commerce (also located at the Consulate). The Commerce job/internship would be unpaid so that is a no~go as I have already been down that road once. More to come later but right now the idea is fresh in my head…
