Many thanks to Michael Silence at KnoxNews.com who has posted a question I e-mailed him here on his blog and here on a site called knoxviews.com about searching for a house which I could buy and renovate in the downtown Knoxville area. I have already received several responses from people promoting South Knoxville as an alternative to downtown. If you have a blog that is focused on the downtown or South Knoxville area (as I want to continue to learn more about the area please contact me. Also, if you have a particular area that you think would be worth looking into - I am looking to spend up to $70,000 to purchase something - please contact me as well. Knoxville (especially the area around downtown) is on the up-and-up and I want to participate in this positive movement. Thanks!
