I am continuing to search for a house to buy and renovate in Old North Knoxville, 4th & Gill, or any of the other neighborhoods (including South Knoxville) that surround downtown. I am meeting with Rob Howard on Monday to continue the search. I found Rob via a Craigslist post and, after speaking with him on the phone and his continued contact with me, I am looking forward to working with him.
