Another international friend of mine, Valentina, is the foreign editor of her paper in Romania. She is here in the U.S. and, more specifically at the Univ. of Tenn., to participate in a year-long exchange program (this is how I met her). Anyhow, she is also a contributor at EUObserver.com, where her most recent article from Bucharest is prominently featured on the front page of the website. Smart girl, that Valentina.
