Two new Internet calling services have recently come available that enable one to use his or her cell phone to make international calls at local rates (and without sitting in front of the computer a la Skype): Rebtel & JaJah.Each works differently so check out both to see which would work better for you. Regardless, both are great tools to stay in contact with friends and family overseas.
